We focus on backyard and outdoor living projects.  We also build commercial outdoor projects.  The term "Design and Build" is applicable to the majority of our work, although we also restore, refurbish and  resurface existing structures as well; and we offer an Outdoor Project Safety Inspection Program for projects - old and new.  We also work with architects, engineers and property managers to help specify the most appropriate materials and specifications for outdoor projects.  We have considerable experience building commercial outdoor projects.

We invite you to call for a free design consultation; and/or an outdoor project safety inspection, if you happen to own an existing deck or other outdoor structure.  At your design consultation, we’ll show you past projects, discuss your needs and tastes, explain construction material options (including the new, low-maintenance wood alternatives), talk about costs, and measure and photograph your building site.  At an outdoor structure safety inspection, we will give you a written report noting any observed deficiencies and providing comments about the overall safety status of the project.

The design consultation is completely free and you are under no obligation to hire us to build your project.  Should you decide to move forward after your free consultation, we will give you a proposal on-the-spot for one of our Classic Living Designs; or offer to completely custom design your project and provide a detailed, scaled plan view drawing and 3-D renderings along with firm pricing for your consideration. We use state-of-the-art SoftPlan Architectural Design software to help clients visualize proposed outdoor living space designs.  You will still not be under any obligation to hire us as your builder until you approve your plan and sign your contract.

If you agree to proceed, you will be protected by two separate guarantees, constituting the most expansive customer protection plan in the industry. And our local oversight assures your property and privacy are respected.  We attend to every detail, from securing any needed approval of a homeowners association or historical review commission, to acquiring a building permit, and thoroughly cleaning up at completion.  And we work very hard to be as unobtrusive as possible during the entire construction phase.
